Performance Data & Ofsted
Bloxham Church of England Primary School is committed to improving the areas identified in its most recent Ofsted report as requiring attention and continues to work alongside the local authority to support development.
Since 2022, leaders have established a culture of trust and inclusion within the school, enabling staff to work together successfully. The school has worked hard to listen to parental views and provide opportunities for families to participate in the life of the school and the learning of their children. Parents have the opportunity to join us for Open Classroom events in each of the three main terms, to join us for celebration and class assemblies and for other key events within the school year, for example, our Christmas Service and Leavers presentations. In addition, parents receive 3 written reports with consultation evenings held in the Autumn and Spring terms.
We have reviewed our curriculum to ensure we meet the requirements of both the EYFS Framework and the National Curriculum, using commercial schemes to support progression and consistency and carrying out regular assessment to inform teaching. For further details on each subject, please see the Bloxham Curriculum pages.
